Payment of Fees

When a customer buys a product, a notification is sent to the seller after seller confirmation. If the order is rejected, the amount is refunded to the customer.

If the seller does not confirm the order within 168 hours, it is automatically cancelled, and the amount is refunded to the customer.

Cancellation & refund:

Kakasaheb Chitale Foundation accepts money only after the seller’s confirmation. Buyer shall cancel the order within 30hrs from the time of placement of an order or before the seller confirms the order, whichever is earlier. In case, the order is confirmed by the seller then Kakasaheb Chitale Foundation shall have no role to play and the entire authority to cancel the order shall be of the seller. If the seller cancels the order then the buyer will get the amount refunded in which processing charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred directly to the buyers.
