Content Policy

You retain ownership of all Store Content you upload to a Kakasaheb Chitale foundation store. By making your store public, you agree to allow others to view your content.

Payment of Fees

A valid bank name, account number, branch, and IFSC code are required to transfer fees for accepted orders.
When a customer buys a product, a notification is sent to the seller after seller confirmation. If the order is rejected, the amount is refunded to the customer.
If the seller does not confirm the order within 168 hours, it is automatically cancelled, and the amount is refunded to the customer.
If a customer wants to cancel an accepted order, it must be handled directly between buyer and seller. Kakasaheb Chitale foundation will assist by sharing contact details.
This clause is further explained in the Privacy Policy and shall prevail in the event of any dispute.
